1 Year Satisfaction Guarantee –
In the unlikely event that you are not comfortable on your new
mattress, you may exchange it once during the first year. To give
your body a chance to adjust to your new mattress, you must sleep on
it for a minimum of 30 nights. If you are not 100% satisfied, after
30 nights, you may return to the store where the bed was purchased
and select a mattress of equal value or greater value. If you choose
a mattress of greater value, you pay the difference. There is a
limit of one exchange per customer. A processing and return fee of
15% will be assessed on all exchanges. Delivery charges are not
included and range from $45 to $75 for our local area. Products not
offered for exchange include floor models, special orders, odd
sizes, sets purchased for under $699.99, adjustable bases, pillows,
or mattress pads. Stained, soiled or bedding missing the “Law Tag”
is exempt from this offer. Sorry No Refunds.
Extended Guarantee – Bedzzz Express offers an additional 5 years of full replacement warranty coverage to the existing non-prorated portion of Serta and Simmons manufacturer’s warranty FREE of charge to you. Your warranty card attached to the side of your new sleep set will give you all warranty guidelines. Please read all the mattress policies for what is covered and not covered under warranty. Please retain this form, your receipt, law tags and warranty card in the event there is a problem with your mattress set. Floor models, clearance, “as-is” products, memory foam, latex, any sets purchased for under $699.99 and adjustable beds are not qualified for the extended warranty. Stained, soiled or bedding missing the “Law Tag” is exempt from this offer. Our warranty does not cover any transportation costs. 90 Day Low Price Guarantee - We will beat any Local Stocking Dealer’s advertised price by 115% of the difference within 90 days of the purchase of your new mattress. If you find a lower advertised price for the same mattress, offering comparable services, simply bring in the ad and we will send you a check for 115% of the difference within 3 weeks. Our low price guarantee does not apply to clearance, close out, floor model, special ordered, discontinued Mattresses or Mattresses sold “As Is”.
