Express Delivery - Bedzzz Express has a huge selection of in-stock mattresses ready for express delivery. Our delivery teams can deliver anywhere that is road accessible.  Please be prepared for your delivery by removing all breakables from the pathway.

 Sorry, our delivery teams cannot move or take away waterbeds, futons, headboards, footboards, frames, or any other furniture.  Please inspect all merchandise before signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event damage occurs to your product, property, home or business during the course of a delivery, it must be noted on the manifest immediately before the drivers leave the property and reported to your store of purchase within 24 hours.

Customer Pick-Up - If you elect to pick up your mattress (or other items) at our warehouse in Pelham, AL   At the time of pick-up we will assist you in loading your merchandise, but we will not be able to assist you in securing it to your vehicle.   Our insurance prevents our employees from tying your merchandise to your vehicle.

Special Orders - We try to carry in stock the most popular styles and sizes of bedding.  However, there are many styles and sizes that are not available from our stock inventory but can be ordered especially for you.  Sizes not commonly stocked are California King, Twin Extra Long, and Full Extra Long.  Most all of the major manufactures make their mattress in these sizes and we will be glad to have one made for you.  We also offer custom cut mattress sizes to fit that unique bedding application that you may have.  When placing a special order it may take 2 to 6 weeks to receive delivery.  Once your order is placed with the manufacturing plant your order is non-cancelable and non-refundable.  Please make absolutely sure you know the size you need before placing an special order with us or any bedding company.
